Caring for life...caring for a lifetime.

Dr. Stacey Holz
Dr. Stacey Holz brings many years of specialized training and experience in veterinary dermatology to Four Seasons Animal Hospital. She loves how controlling skin disease can have such a positive impact on the lives of her patients and their owners.

Dr. Holz has spent her entire life with Siberian Huskies, including allergic ones! Her love of these fun, fast, and furry canines helped lead her to veterinary medicine. She enjoyed different jobs in the veterinary field throughout her school years, from cleaning barn stalls and assisting veterinarians to helping with wildlife rehabilitation and people-pet partnerships. Dr. Holz received her B.S. in Veterinary Science from Washington State University through their honors program while also a member of the varsity cross country and track teams. Dr. Holz was elected student body representative by her veterinary class. Dr. Holz is a 1999 graduate of Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine and was initially involved in general practice with a special interest in dermatology. She decided to specialize in this challenging field and completed her American College of Veterinary Dermatology residency in 2004. She has lectured frequently on various dermatology topics throughout the United States and authored a journal article on the long-term use of cyclosporine for the treatment of canine atopic dermatitis.

Dr. Holz is an active member of the American Academy of Veterinary Dermatology and the American Veterinary Medical Association. Her special interests in dermatology are management of atopic dermatitis, management of immune-mediated skin diseases, and mentoring and teaching veterinary students at her alma mater, Washington State University. Stacey loves the outdoors and being active just like her husky pals. She is a die-hard WSU fan and will cheer on and root for her beloved Washington State University Cougars any chance she can.
